Bollywood’s legendary actress Sridevi passed away on 24 Feb 2018 in a tragic accident. On her 4th death anniversary, her elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor has penned an emotional note.

Sharing a picture from her childhood, Janhvi remembered her late mother as she wrote, “I’ve still lived more years with you in my life than without. But I hate that another year has been added to a life without you. I hope we make you proud mumma, because that’s the only thing that keeps us going. Love you forever.”

Sridevi death: The Chandni actress passed away in Dubai due to accidental drowning. She was there to attend a family wedding, and after the marriage, she decided to stay in Dubai for a few days. She was just 54 years old when she passed away.
Sridevi was married to producer Boney Kapoor. They have two daughters- Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. Janhvi made her Bollywood debut shortly after Sridevi’s demise. Her film Dhadak was released a few weeks after Sridevi’s death in 2018.
