Rocket Boys Season 2 To Arrive In March

This season will showcase how these two pioneers of India's new scientific era made India a nuclear nation.

Sony Liv’s Rocket Boys was one of the most acclaimed Indian web series of last year. The makers have unveiled that the series’ second season will arrive on the streaming platform in March. The streaming platform announced the release with a new teaser.

The second season will see Jim Sarabh and Ishwar Singh reprise their roles of Dr. Homi Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai, as they take us on an incredible journey of how India became a Nuclear nation. The short teaser begins with Homi Bhabha coming up with a unique plan to make Indian nuclear nation while dealing with multiple stumbling blocks. Their first stumbling block is CIA.

This season will showcase how these two pioneers of India’s new scientific era made India a nuclear nation and transformed India with their realistic visions. Dr. Bhabha is the one who also engineered India’s nuclear programme while Dr. Sarabhai established the Indian space programme.

The series also stars Arjun Radhakrishnan, Regina Cassandra, Rajat Kapur, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Namit Das, Saba Azad, and Charu Shankar.

Written and directed by Abhay Pannu, the first season of the Hindi period drama premiered on Sony LIV on February 4, 2022. Created by Nikkhil Advani, Roy Kapur Films and Emmay Entertainment, “Rocket Boys” is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Monisha Advani, and Madhu Bhojwani.
