Asus ROG Phone 2 gaming smartphone will be available next for purchase on Wednesday in India. The sale will begin online at 12 noon onwards via Flipkart.com. Asus is calling the November 27 sale as “the biggest ROG Phone II sale” as this time the company has arranged significant quantities of the device.
ROG Phone 2 price in India is Rs 37,999 for the basic 8GB+128GB storage variant and Rs 59,999 for the higher 12GB+512GB version. The 12GB RAM model also gets additional gaming accessories and a 30W charger.
Interested customers can avail 10 per cent cashback on payment via HDFC bank debit card and 5 per cent unlimited cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank Credit card. On purchase of the device, users will get a brand warranty of one year on the phone and 6 months for accessories.
The phone sports a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate as high as 120Hz. There is a resolution of 1080x 2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It has ROG logo at the back panel and RGB lights. Users can switch to the X Mode as well to get a separate gaming mode for immersive playing experience.
ROG Phone 2 gets a glass and metal body which comes paired with gaming controllers. There is a capacitive air trigger too placed on the sides of the device which will come in handy while playing games.
The phone packs a 6000mAh battery capacity with Qualcomm’s QuickCharge 4.0 up to 30W charging support. For optics, it gets a dual-rear camera setup comprising of a 48-megapixel main camera and a 13-zmegapixel secondary camera. There is a front camera as well for selfies.
