The charming Drashti Dhami from Zee TV’s extremely popular drama ‘Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani’ has fascinated her fans with flawless performance as Gayatri. She portrayed as the dreamy eyed girl next door, later emerged as a queen in the show. But, now as her part comes to an end with the death of the character in a passionate mortal combat. Drashti is all geared up to captivate her zealous fans with her new warrior look as Jhansi Ki Rani. While completing the schedule for the last show, the actress took an initiative to meet the entire cast and crew of the show, and even took selfies with them. ‘It was my last day of the shoot and the first for the kids who will play younger generation post leap. Both the kids who are essaying the role of Raja and Rani are certainly adorable. I have clicked few pictures with them and wished them good luck too. I will also miss the entire team and how they have been the best co-stars I have ever had,’ Drashti said before leaving the set. With death, revelations galore, betrayal, the previous one week has been action-packed for the show. The upcoming track will focus on Gayatri who is learning martial arts, sword fighting, getting trained in horse riding for her huge fight with Kaal and Badi Ranui Maa to save her kingdom and retaliate the assassination of her husband Rana ji. The lead couple of the show Siddhant Karnick and Drashti Dhami will introduce an all new cast post leap. After a leap of around eight years, audience will witness the story from Rani’s point of view.
