Kamal Haasan's much-delayed film 'Vishwaroopam 2' is currently being shot in Turkey. The film's shooting resumed recently after being delayed for a long time and the team is apparently doing some patch work by shooting sequences in Turkey. They are expected to return to India where they will shoot in an army camp in Chennai to complete the filming process. The post-production of the film is going on side-by-side and the makers of the film plan to the release it this year itself. It was earlier reported that the film's much-awaited teaser will be launched on the occasion of Ramzan but Kamal recently denied any such development.

The film was delayed due to unknown reasons but it was widely speculated that the production as stopped due to financial difficulties. Kamal has directed as well as produced the film, besides acting in it in the lead role. The previous installment in the franchise received a lot of critical acclaims but was marred by controversy due to its content. The sequel features actors like Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose and Shekhar Kapur in important roles. The film is expected to release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages simultaneously.

Now it remains to be seen, which date is finalized for the film's release by the makers. On the other hand, Kamal's debut reality show, Bigg Boss will open on June 25 on Vijay TV and fans are excited to see their favorite actor on the small screen for the first time.
