Different films appeal to different audiences and no movie is same but according to one of the most prominent film distributors in Karnataka, Jack Manju, the recently released film Mugulu Nage is film that is reaching out to almost all the sections of the audiences and when a film with such a wide audience is released, you cannot help but declare it a winner. The recently released film ‘ Mugulu Nage' has been keeping the cash counter ticking since its release and according to Jack Manju, it all comes down to the reach of the film. Jack Manju while talking about the reason behind the success of ‘ Mugulu Nage' said that the first half of the movie connects with the younger crowd, the second half connects with the family crowd, add to that the fact that the entire film has appealed to the women and not only the women in Bengaluru but also with the women in other Kannada cities like Davanagere, Bagalkote, Hubballi, Mysuru and Belagavi.

While there is a heavy rainfall in the state, you might think that the movie must be affected by a reduced footfall but according to Jack Manju, that is not the case. The film distributor while talking about the movie said that, although, the rains have been pouring incessantly but the response from the audience has been so encouraging that some of the major theatres in Karnataka have decided against taking up and screening new film releases as the collections on ‘ Mugulu Nage' have been proving to be so impressive.
