Priyanka Chopra who is at the top of her game has not only become a global icon but with the speed that she is moving, she has made scant progress in breaking through the glass ceiling to reach the top and there are no signs of slowing down!

Marvel's "Avengers: Endgame" co-director Joe Russo was in India for the promotion tour in the Asia Pacific region. At a press conference in Mumbai, Joe Russo revealed that they are currently in talks with Priyanka for a movie. He was asked by a journalist if he would like to collaborate with any Bollywood actor, and the director quickly replied, "I'd love to work with Priyanka." He added, "I'm smiling only because we're potentially talking to her about something, I'm just not going to say what yet." Now that Joe has confirmed that he wants Priyanka in a movie, fans cannot stop wondering if it is for a Marvel film? So will Priyanka Chopra play the role of a superhero in the MCU!

And though there is no word from Priyanka Chopra confirming the same, it is speculated that she may essay the role of Kamala Khan aka Ms Marvel. According to reports, Marvel Studio President Kevin Feige had last year announced that that comic book superhero Kamala Khan will be brought to the silver screen. Kamala Khan who is a Pakistani-American Muslim teenager from Jersey City and who is the descendant of the Inhumans. Her powers unlock when Terrigen Bomb is detonated across the river in New York, and that leaves her with shape-shifting superpowers.

Marvel's is starting to look much more diverse and their new strategy includes to be more inclusive in their representation of heroes within the MCU. Joe also revealed that the Marvel universe will introduce an LGBTQ superhero, and rumour mills are abuzz that Angelina Jolie is in talks to star in "The Eternals." So would she be seen opposite Angelina Jolie in "The Eternals"? Or maybe in "Shang-Chi," which happens to be Marvel's first movie with an Asian title character and with Priyanka being a South Asian actress it would make sense she could be eyed for a role in the movie.

But what we also like to bring to your notice is the fact that the "we" Russo refers to doesn't necessarily mean Marvel. The Russo brothers had previously claimed to be taking a break from superhero movies after "Avengers: Endgame. Though they confirmed they wouldn't retire from superhero movies forever but would return if Marvel Studios wanted to adapt the Secret Wars storyline.

"Avengers: Endgame," is set to hit theatres on April 26 and will be released all over India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu along with the special anthem composed by music maestro AR Rahman.
