Victoria Beckham in her recent interview with The Guardian opened up about her decision of not joining her bandmates Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Melanie Chisolm on the upcoming Spice Girl reunion tour. She said, "I'm sure when they are on stage, a part of me will feel a bit left out. Because a part of me will always be a Spice Girl."

After various months of rumours and speculations, In Nov 2018, the '90s Brit Pop legends announced that they will embark on a stadium tour starting on Jan. 25. This would also be the first time the group reunites since their turn down during the closing of the Olympic Games in London back in 2012.

The interviewer asked Victoria if she would make a cameo appearance on stage, or even appear in hologram form. But she replied, "No. Definitely not. What I do now is my passion and a full-time job. I'm excited to see it, though."

After the tour was first announced in November, Victoria had announced a statement saying she would be unable to participate due to other business commitments, including her fashion line. She said, "Being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish my girls' so much love and fun as they go back on tour. I know they will put on an amazing show and the fantastic fans past and present are going to have a wonderful time!"

Victoria also revealed how its annoying that she has to deal with constant speculation about the state of her marriage and the breakup rumours. She said, "It can get quite frustrating. But I leave it to my PR team. I don't get involved. You do have to be quite controlling because people do believe what they read, and when it's completely fabricated, that's really annoying."
