Actress Uma Thurman is all set to appear in lead role in the upcoming movie, 'The House that Jack Built' which is being directed by Lars Von Trier.

Uma Thurman fist worked with the Danish director on his last feature film, ‘Nymphomaniac' and this time she will be joined by Siobhan Fallon Hogan for the list of unfortunate woman who will encounter the serial killer Jack, which is being played by Matt Dillon. Riley Keogh will also star in the movie along with Sofie Grabol and Bruno Ganz.

Louis Vesth recently in a statement told that with Thurman and Hogan on board, the main cast is now in place and they are ready to shoot the movies. Uma and Lars first worked on the ‘Nymphomaniac' and complemented each other exceptionally. Vesth is optimistic about the characters that they would create in this movie and he can't wait to see what happens. Talking about Siobhan he told that Lars had her in mind from a very early stage when we started thinking about our movie's actress. He further revealed that it was an honor for them to welcome her back on set since her appearance in ‘Dancer in the Dark' and ‘Dogville'.

The movie, which is set in 1970's U.S., it follows the Jack, the serial killer as he moves through five incidents of murder that define his development as a serial killer. Although Jack's dysfunction gives him a problem in the real world but when he is killing, he sees his each killing as an artwork.
