Meghan Markle has now created history as she became the first guest editor of British Vogue's September issue, as the magazine completes 103-year history. Meghan as the guest editor has shed light on women who come from different walks of life, each very impactful and who have raised the bar for equality, kindness, justice and open-mindedness. On Sussex Royal Instagram page, a post shared reveals that for seven months Meghan worked with the magazine's Editor-in-Chief to curate the issue.

The issue is titled 'Forces for Change' and it also features a conversation so candid between two great personalities, Meghan Markle and former First Lady Michelle Obama. Meghan in a statement said, "These last seven months have been a rewarding process, curating and collaborating with Edward Enninful, British Vogue's Editor-in-Chief, to take the year's most-read fashion issue and steer its focus to the values, causes and people making an impact in the world today."

And though Meghan put in all her efforts to get the magazine together, she had just one demand during the whole shoot - to include anyone's freckles in the photographs! The photographer Peter in an interview said, "My instructions from the Duchess were clear: 'I want to see freckles! Well, that was like running through open doors for me. I love freckles."

The cover of the magazine stars 15 trailblazing women and they have also left an empty spot with a mirror, so on holding the issue in your hands, one can see yourself as a part of this collective. The magazine features an interview between husband Prince Harry and Dr Jane Goodall and 15 women coming from various backgrounds and fields such as actors, models, politicians and authors who advocate for various issues ranging from diversity to mental health and climate change not leaving out voting rights.
