The creator of the hit TV show, The Royals, believes that there is an aggressive agenda that is ongoing in the Hollywood about diversity and ethnic equality, which he believes is all good but he also believes in hiring the best person for the job instead of people coming from different ethnic groups or different background just for the sake of the diversity in Hollywood.

The director recently talked about his views about ethnic equality and racism and whitewashing in Hollywood in a conversation with a leading outlet saying that he let stories dictate everything. He further added that in his entire career, the best actor has won and the best composer has won the spot on his crew, disregarding their ethnicity. The music of the TV series Royal is composed by an Indian named Siddhartha Khosla and the creator of the show says that Sid was only hired because he was talented and ticked the boxes that were required. The creator further said that that is it is always good to tell stories that are diverse but hiring people from a different ethnic group just for the sake of hiring people to form the different ethnic group is something that in the end does not do justice to the work.

The Royals, which stars more British actors like William Moseley, Jake Maskall, and Tom Austen, is the first-ever scripted series for E! Network. The show, based on the lives of a fictional British royal family, is aired on Colors Infinity in India. The fourth season of the show is in the making.
