Liam Hemsworth and his brother Luke were seen visiting the area where his and 25-year-old Miley Cyrus‘ home used to be in Malibu. And all there was, was so much of rubbles and devastation. Liam and Miley had purchased the home in Malibu's exclusive Ramirez Canyon for $US2.5 million two years ago.

Liam had on a mask to prevent himself from inhaling the toxic smoke left over and wore shades to shield his eyes as he and his brother drove around in a Club Car, before stopping to check the scene. The massive fires have also forced the road police and sheriffs to wear masks and respirators because the smoke has made the air quality so poor.

Though the house was no longer there Miley's bright rainbow-coloured studio luckily wasn't damaged. The foundation around it, however, was anything but happy to look at. Miley took to Instagram to express her gratitude and reveal that her house was no longer standing. She tweeted saying, "I am one of the lucky ones. My animals and LOVE OF MY LIFE made it out safely & that's all that matters right now. My house no longer stands but the memories shared with family & friends stand strong,"

Miley also thanked the firefighters and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for their help in fighting the fires and also request her fans to donate as much as possible to fire aid and disaster relief organisations.

Though there is no news about where Miley and Liam plan to live now, as there house burned down, it's good to know they're safe.
