Chris Brown was arrested on Monday along with two of his bodyguards after facing aggravated rape and drug charges that were filed against him in Paris. Chris was in custody until late Tuesday after Paris prosecutor's office released him without being charged. Officials say the investigation is ongoing.

The reported attack took place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris, and a 24-year-old model revealed that she had met Chris at a night club on the Champs Elysee after being introduced by a friend. She in her interview with the French Closer magazine revealed that she felt "very afraid" when Chris allegedly raped in a hotel room that he took her back too. The model also revealed that the hotel room was "chaotic" and said that there were 15 women there.

Chris also recently took to Instagram to deny the allegation made against him. The caption was under a black photo with white wording that read "this b!tch lyin'," while his caption read, "WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR...... THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO (DISRESPECTFUL) AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!"

Chris Brown is also suing the woman for defamation and his Parisian lawyer Raphael Chiche revealed that they will soon file a complaint. He said, "Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris."

Chris has also had legal and very public relationship troubles in the past. He pleaded guilty to the assault of his then-girlfriend Rihanna, in 2009 and also in the case in 2015, he completed his probation.
