January 31st will not only be the last day of the month but the day will witness a very historical moment. It will be a rare celestial treat to all the sky watchers as a 'Super Moon Eclipse' will occur in the skies of UAE. A similar event took place 55 years ago.

North Americans will witness the blue moon, supermoon, and the lunar eclipse altogether. "These three lunar events separately are not uncommon, but it is rare for all three to occur at the same time," said blogger Brian Lada.

"As the earth passes in between the sun and the moon on January 31, the earth's shadow will fall onto the moon to give us a total lunar eclipse. The moon will be entirely inside the earth's dark umbral shadow and will last a bit more than one-and-a-quarter hours. The full moon is also the third in a series of three straight full moon super moons" a leading daily quoted.

The time duration for which the alignment of the sun, moon, and Earth will last is one hour and 16 minutes. People from the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Russia, Australia and New Zealand should look for it in the evening.

Hyderabad will also witness the Super Blue Blood moon, lunar eclipse for about 20 minutes before Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

The visible part of the eclipse will begin at 5.18 pm and last till 8.41 pm.
