Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor have been creating much hype about their film Street Dancer 3D on the internet. As we are receiving some updates, here's a new one. While the 90s song Mukkala Muqabala (1994) is being remade, it is now said that Guru Randhawa's Punjabi song Lahore will be recreated too.

As the film boasts of as many as 12 songs, 3 or 4 out of this will be the recreated versions of popular songs. "Given that the movie will feature an interesting face-off between India and Pakistan dancers, Lahore was decided as one of the songs for recreation" quoted a leading daily. With these, people are left with no choice but to say where's the originality though?

Street Dancer 3D is said to be one of the biggest dance flicks and the first schedule of the film was shot in Punjab. The second schedule took place in London.

Katrina Kaif was the original choice for Shraddha's role but Katrina opted out of the film due to date issue. Katrina's exit marked the entry of Shraddha. In the May schedule of the film, Shraddha suffered a Muscle Spasm.

The film also stars Nora Fatehi, Apaarshakti Khurrana, Prabhu Dheva among many others. It is slated for a release on 24 January 2020.
