Mr. Perfectionist; is what Aamir Khan is called in the industry and staying true to his image, the actor has revealed the one ground rule that is set for his son Junaid; who is currently a theater artist, looking for his big Bollywood break.

While talking to a group of journalists; Aamir Khan has revealed the one condition that he has set for his son; who he thinks, is very much like him in his choice of films.

Talking about the same; the ‘Sarfarosh' actor was quoted saying," We are looking for Junaid. I've seen his work and I'm quite happy with it. When we will get the right kind of story... I believe in screen tests so he has to pass the test. If he does a good test, he'll be in the film. If not, he won't be."

Junaid; who is a trained theatre actor, in the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles for two years; has featured in several plays for over a year and has also assisted his father in some of his projects.

Being one of the industry's most talented actors; Aamir said his advice to his son on acting is to play characters and not heroes.

Elaborating the same, Aamir said," He has studied acting and has been doing theatre for more than a year. But I believe in the power of screen test. So Junaid would have to go through the grind and prove himself. As a father, my only advice to him is that he should play leads but only those that are characters. This is a rule I follow and really believe in. More than being a hero, you need to live a character on screen. That's the joy of acting."

Junaid and Ira are Aamir's children from his first marriage with Reena Dutta and Aamir parents a 7-year-old son named Aazad with his current wife Kiran Rao. The duo has recently co-produced a short film titled Rubaru Roshni directed by Svati Chakravarty Bhatkal.

Aamir; is currently reading 4 ‘good scripts' to finalize his next film after the debacle of his last release, Thugs of Hindostan which also starred Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh in pivotal roles.
