Actress Tanushree Dutta; who is the torch bearer for Indian's own #MeToo movement, is all set to take her initiative on the digital medium. Yes! 


A short film; titled Inspiration, will release on ‘International Women's Day', i.e. 8th March. Inspiration brings to life the sexual exploitation of the newcomers and strugglers of the showbiz industry. Speaking about the same to Mid-Day; Tanushree was quoted saying," It deals with the issue of willful exploitation of young newcomers in showbiz or any other field where they don't have mentors or guidance."


Further revealing the concept, the ‘Horn OK Please' actress said," It is a new format where reality meets fiction." She also said that she was approached by the digital platform Ullu; where the film will release and Tanushree plays the role of a guardian angel to girls, encouraging them to make the right decision.


Tanushree; who reopened a decade-old case against Nana Patekar during filming Horn OK Please, further said," I wrote the dialogues, inspired by my own insight and understanding on the matter. I was excited to face the camera after nine years because this time, I was not only entertaining but also imparting wisdom to the misled and unfortunate."


The actress; who is presently based in New Jersey, United States, shot for the short film direct by Atul Bhalla during her 8 months stay in Mumbai last year.
