It's almost the end of Summer season now, but then yes, there are these scorching heat days ahead where we have to bear the wrath of the sun. We often tend to wonder what celebrities eat or drink to keep themselves healthy in this summer season.

Kareena Kapoor Khan has finally revealed her summer diet. The foods which she eats, some healthy drinks and lots more. During an interaction with Rujuta Diwekar, Kareena revealed that "kokum Sharbat, lemon water, curd rice, and mangoes are what she likes to relish in." She also said that eating right and healthy is important and that's why her diet includes dal, roti and rice, and even fried papad for lunch.

She further added "Choose your food like choosing your life partner. Eat local, have local cuisines, that are climate resilient." She and Saif just can't go without rice and Khichdi is her comfort food. As the seasonal fruit is Mango, Kareena busted a misconception about the same saying "Of course. Who isn't? But not like six mangoes a day. Just one."

Kareena accepted that she is a paranoid mother. She doesn't let Taimur eat at birthday parties. But he eats chips. Kareena maintains a perfect plan for Taimur's diet as well. She makes sure that he eats everything that is healthy.
