Kangana Ranaut is currently on top of her game! From basking into the success of her brilliant acting in Manikarnika to proving her chops as a director with getting her name in the credits of the film director as well, the actress is ruling an industry defined by male-dominated and apparent ‘nepotism'.

Ranaut; who was on a spree of pulling up industry fellows for no supporting her, to pulling up actors who refrain from commenting on issues of concern, Kangana seems to have found an admirer in veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha!

The ‘Naseeb' actor during an interview was quoted saying," As far as Kangana Ranaut is concerned, she again is a remarkable self-made lady. She made it on her own terms, against all odds, in a male-dominated industry. She gives any actor - male or female - tough competition. She commands respect and even remuneration that she's worthy of. God bless, long live Kangana! She's a role model of woman empowerment."

Speaking about her portrayal in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi; Shotgun Sinha, as the actor is fondly called said," A strong woman doesn't need to be labelled as a man to celebrate her strength. The Rani of Jhansi was not only a model human but a role model for freedom fighters as well. She was a fierce fighter, who lived and died for the country."

It may be recalled that it was only recently that Kangana had accused the industry folks of not coming out in her support nor appreciating her work. She lashed out saying," How do these people become so petty? How do these people look at a film, like for an individual, 'Arre yaar, iska na kuch ho jaye, main chup baithta hoon!' How do they do that? How does it even work?"

Further accusing Aamir, she said, "When Aamir called me for Dangal, Secret Superstar, I went all the way to Ambani's house. Dangal, for me, was a film about women empowerment. But they don't have time for any of my trails. I have two-three films coming up, but I don't expect people to write about them."
