Actor Shah Rukh Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar have worked together in some memorable films over the years and have mesmerized the audience every time. They last worked together eight years ago in the Award-winning film ‘My Name Is Khan' in which Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starred opposite each other. Both SRK and Karan Johar shared the stage at the press meet for their upcoming production ‘Ittefaq' which is a remake of the Yash Chopra classic of the same name. When asked about when the two of them will collaborate again in a project, SRK replied by saying, "Karan and I always share a lot of ideas till we come on to a specific one, unless Karan already has a script for me that is ready. But it is not as if we meet only if we have one film to discuss."

Shah Rukh also revealed that they have been discussing a possible project for the last two years and SRK wants the project to be something different and not something that they have done before. Karan Johar simply said that when the collaboration will happen, everyone will get to know about it. The film ‘Ittefaq' is scheduled to arrive in theatres on November 3 and features actors Sonakshi Sinha, Akshaye Khanna and Sidharth Malhotra in important characters. The upcoming mystery thriller is a very different kind of movie and earlier SRK was supposed to feature in it but due to prior commitments, he couldn't do it.
