Celebrities are often seen being trolled on social media. While some let it slip by just stay quiet, others give back to these haters. Fallen victim to social media trolling was another celebrity R Madhavan for a picture he shared on social media.

R Madhavan shared a pic of his family on his social media handles on the occasion of Independence Day. But a hater was seen dissecting the image and spotted a cross at Maddy's home. The troller tweeted, "Why do they have a across in the background?! Is that a Mandir? You just lost my respect. Do you find Hindu Gods in Christian churches? All this is fake drama you did today!"

And R Madhavan quickly reply, shut the troller up for good. He wrote, "I really don't worry about respect from the likes of you. I hope you get well soon. Surprised that in u r sickness you did not see the Golden temple pic there too and asked if I converted to Sikhism." He also wrote about how he has the blessings from all religious places in the world. He also revealed how some were gifted to him while the others he brought. He stated that since his childhood he was taught to maintain his identity with pride and also to respect each and every faith, belief and region. He wrote, "‘Yemmadhamum Sammadham' (I respect each religion as my own). I hope my son follows that too."
