After sizzling the silver screen with her bold performance in Veere Di Wedding, Kareena Kapoor Khan is all geared up to set the stage on fire. The actress who was spotted in London vacationing with her husband Saif Ali Khan and her son Taimur, has returned to Mumbai to complete her professional commitments. The buzz is that Kareena will be performing for Miss India 2018 grand finale, which will be held on June 19.

"Kareena returns to the stage after 2 years and she is really excited about her performance. She has allotted two days for rehearsals and is prepping for her act with a choreographer. Her prep session lasts for 9 hours a day. She will be performing to a medley of her favorite songs including Tareefan, Mera Naam Mary and Mauja Hi Mauja among others," a source informed a leading daily.


She will be jetting off to London with her husband and her son after her performance.

On the professional front, rumours about Kareena Kapoor Khan featuring in Karan Johar's next have been buzzing around. However, no confirmation about the same has been made yet. Reports suggest that Kareena Kapoor Khan will be working in only one film a year. Recently, she had shot for an advertisement which also features her husband Saif Ali Khan.


Meanwhile, as per the reports in a leading daily, filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker wanted to sign Kareena Kapoor Khan for his next film, which is a remake of the Marathi film, Apla Manus. However, rumours are rife that Kareena has rejected the offer. Talking about the same, a source said to a leading daily, "Bebo(Kareena) is very clear in her priorities . Her son Taimur comes first. He needs her at the moment. And Kareena will only do one film at the most per year until Taimur's dependency on his mother lessens."
