Alia Bhatt for the very first time will be seen working with daddy and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt. Alia on Mahesh Bhatt's 70th birthday had also announced that Mahesh Bhatt would be returning back to the director's seat with the sequel to 1991-super hit film Sadak. The film also features Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Alia Bhatt recently took to her social media to announce the filming of Sadak 2 and wrote, "Today is Day 1 of Sadak 2. And that's my father, now also my director, holding the clap. I begin shoot in a few days and honestly, I'm petrified. I feel like a tiny mouse trying to climb a beautiful, immense, emotional mountain. I hope I make it to the top and if I fall I hope I'm able to get up again. It's a tough climb but from everything I've seen and everything I've heard, I know every single step and misstep will be worth it!"

Going by her caption, we cannot help but wonder if Alia was forced to do the movie with her dad or is Alia actually not sure that her father will be able to create magic on screen? To us, it seems like she sees no potential in the movie. Alia is scared to be working with her dad and has been very vocal about it from the very start! In a previous interview she said, "Right now, I am scared to be directed by my father. He is looking at me every day and saying I am going to get through you. He has an X-ray vision kind of thing. I have a wall around me every now and then and I let very few people in. My father is waiting to break that wall down. So, I am a little scared but I think it will be fun. We start shooting this year."

We get it that Mahesh Bhatt is a PERFECTIONIST and she may be afraid of that, but when she says things like, 'I hope I make it to the top' and 'if I fall I hope I'm able to get up again,' seems like she is not too sure about the movie and also that it may not do well at the box-office! After Shandaar, Alia's big budget movie Kalaak was a flop at the box office! And after her recent failure, is she afraid that her film with daddy dearest may suffer the same FATE? Only time will tell!
