Mika Singh was recently seen performing Karachi even after being aware of the current situation between India and Pakistan. Mika is banned by the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) and the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) as he offended the nation by performing at the wedding festivities of former Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf's daughter's billionaire cousin. And now that Mika has realised his mistake and is ready to issue an apology, the committee is not ready to change their decision.

And since the ban has been issued on Mika Singh, various people from the industry are also avoiding any form of association with the singer. Even Salman Khan is keeping his distance. It was reported that Salman Khan along with Mika was to perform across the United States for the tour called, Close and Personal With Salman Khan, which is organised by Sohail Khan's event management company with Jordy Patel of JA Events in India and Bhavesh Patel in the US. And Mika was going to be a part of the Houston tour which was to take place on August 28.

Jordy Patel in an interview with a leading daily opened up about Mika's involvement in the show. He said, "We are only dealing with Bhavesh Patel as our contract is with him. Some local promoter in the US must have signed on Mika and added him to the line-up. Salman will have nothing to do with Mika at the event. They will not even interact on stage."

While the general secretary of FWICE, Ashok Dubey, confirmed that if anyone from the industry works with Mika Singh during the ban, he/she will be banned too. He in a statement said, "If we impose a ban, it means all our technicians - including actors, directors, and even spot boys - will not work with Mika. If someone works with Mika during this ban, say Salman or anyone else, then he too will be banned. Whether it's an organiser from the US or any other country, we cannot stop anybody from conducting an event. Our policy is simple, we will not work with the person who has been banned."
