No one knows what Irrfan Khan is going through except for the fact that he's suffering from a very ‘rare disease.' He himself had issued a statement stating, "Sometimes you wake up with a jolt, with life-shaking you up. The last 15 days, my life has been a suspense story. Little had I known that my search for rare stories would make me find a rare disease."

While prayers and wishes have been pouring in for the ailing actor ever since then. Padmaavat actress Deepika Padukone was recently asked what she has to say on her piku co-star Irrfan's health and if at all she knows what all is he going through considering they were going to reunite with Vishal Bhardwaj's next. However, Deepika also seems clueless just as we are.

Praying for Irrfan's faster recovery, Deepika said, "He is someone I absolutely love not just as an actor but also as a person. I have had one of my most special films and experiences as an actor with him. Piku will always be my all-time favorite film and I think he has a large part in that. Honestly, I do not know where he is. I don't even know what has happened to him. I think like he has requested there are times when people just need to be left alone for sometime and figure their lives out. I too really think we should respect that space he has requested for. But like we said, hope for the best and say a little prayer."

Well, Talking about Deepika and Irrfan's film which now looks very uncertain, producer Prerna Arora said, "We were about to begin shooting from next week. Irrfan and Deepika are our first and only choice. When Vishal learned about Irrfan's illness, I felt very uneasy. I just wish he gets well soon. He is a fighter, a self-made success story and an inspiration to so many of us."
