Actress Adah Sharma had made her debut as early as 2008 and starred in several south Indian films. The actress has now admitted that the biggest struggle person who isn’t from the industry is signing the first film. Adah’s first film was with Vikram Bhatt in the form of ‘1920’. “My main concern was to get a film, rest of the process I totally enjoy. For a non-film background person like me, the most important thing was to get a film in the first place. There is no rule book. Once you get the first film, the happiness begins,” Adah said.

While stereotyping is prevalent in the industry, the actress is aware that a newcomer is prone to these things. Since she made her debut in the horror genre, she feels lucky to be accepted by the audiences despite debuting with an unconventional genre. The actress hasn’t signed any other horror films since her debut and believes she will only do it if the film has something new to offer. The actress doesn’t regret her work in South films and hopes to get more Hindi films after the release of ‘Commando 2’.
