Ayushmann Khurrana’s film 'Article 15' will be screened at London Indian Film Festival 2019

'Article 15' Anubhav Sinha’s cop drama, starring Ayushmann Khurrana, was selected for the prestigious London Indian Film Festival. The film will also be screened on the opening night of the grand film fest.

Ayushmann Khurrana starrer 'Article 15' along with his who team has been rejoicing, as the film is set to get a world premiere at the tenth edition of the London Indian Film Festival. The film will also be the opening night film.

In the movie, Ayushmann is playing the role of a cop from a privileged background, and his first posting is to a village where three teenage girls have gone missing. The film is also based on the Constitution of India which does not allow discrimination against anyone on the basis of caste, creed, religion, sex and more.

London Indian Film Festival is South Asia's largest festival which is also supported by the Bagri Foundation and the British Film Institute. Guests like Radhika Apte, Anurag Kashyap and more will also be seen attending the 10th edition of the London Indian Film Festival. Even Photograph, that stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui will also be screened on the closing night of the film festival.

The film festival will begin on June 20 and run till July 8 and it will also take place in several cities in the UK. 'Article 15' has been directed by Anubhav Sinha and produced by Benaras Media World. The movie also stars Isha Talwar, Sayani Gupta, Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub, Kumud Mishra and Manoj Pahwa while Ayushmann will also be seen playing a more serious role, from the fun roles he has played in the past. The movie will also be released in India on June 28, 2019.
