Filmmaker Mohit Suri's last film 'Half Girlfriend' couldn't make a mark at the box office despite the presence of successful pairing of Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. The director has moved on to his next project and is already in the process of scripting it. Mohit's upcoming project is apparently a two-hero film and the director recently revealed that he has approached Farhan Akhtar for one of the roles and not Aditya Roy Kapoor. "Aditya has never been approached. He is a friend of mine, he comes over to my house all the time, it's not to do with work. But people confuse that with work and think I am working with him," he said.

Mohit further said that other than Farhan, he needs another actor for the film. He went on to say that the film's story will revolve around a father-son relationship and it will be interesting to see what he has in store this time. The director's films often have a touch of emotions and Mohit is taking anecdotes from his own life to make the film more realistic. He said that he will decide upon finalizing the project once he is done writing it and submitting it to his actors.

Mohit has not decided if this script will turn into his next project. The director will feature on MTV's show 'Fame-istan' where he will mentor youngsters. On the other hand, Farhan's last release 'Lucknow Central' couldn't sustain at the box office despite getting positive reviews from critics.
