Amidst #MeToo movement in India and its effects on the sexual predators, Bollywood casting director Mukesh Chhabra seems to pay no heed for his actions and the objections over him. Despite of being suspended from Fox Star studios after being accused of sexual harassment, the casting director is walking free without an iota of guilt and continues to do casting for Bollywood.

Bollywood seems to have not yet cut off from employing Mukesh Chhabra's services, and if the reports are to be believed, Nupur Sanon, Kriti Sanon's sister was spotted at Mukesh Chhabra's office. Her presence in his office has further fuelled rumours about Nupur being cast in one of the projects of Mukesh.

While the process of inquiry against Chhabra for sexual misconduct is still underway by the internal committee of the Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company (MCCC), Bollywood stars continue to maintain cordial relations with the casting director, and seemed to have overlooked the magnitude of the #MeToo movement and the severity of the issue of sexual harassment, which is prevalent in the Indian film industry.

Informing about the same, a source close to the development revealed to a leading daily, "Mukesh is very close to many Bollywood actors and has helped nurture their careers. He will continue to do so till the inquiry is complete. Whatever the result of the inquiry, he will be mentoring many newcomers and stars in Bollywood."

Interestingly, debutantes like Banita Sandhu, Warina Hussain and Sanjana Sanghi of October, Loveyatri and Kizzie Aur Manny respectively, were Mukesh Chhabra's discoveries under whose casting the actresses got their Bollywood launch pad.
