Aamir Khan: My failures have taught me the most and made me what I am today

The actor said that he has been acting for 27 years and had a huge learning experience when he had just started out in the industry.

Actor Aamir Khan has always had creative inputs for his directors whenever he is working in a film. The actor recently opened up in an interview and talked about his creative involvement in films. Talking about his way of working, the actor said that he has been acting for 27 years and had a huge learning experience when he had just started out in the industry. "What I am today is not just the result of my successes but also because of my failures. They taught me the most. That's why I have been able to build my career the way I have," he said.

The actor is currently in Malta where he would start shooting for his film 'Thugs of Hindostan' in a couple of days. The actor is collaborating with director Vijay Krishna Acharya for the second time after Dhoom 3. This will also be the first time in the career of Aamir that he will share screen space with Amitabh Bachchan. The actor is excited to work with Amitabh as he is a huge fan. Actresses Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh have been finalised for the film. Fatima made her debut with Aamir in last year's film Dangal, in which she played the role of Aamir's daughter.  

Dangal was dubbed in Mandarin and released a few weeks ago in China and has done phenomenal business there. The audience in the country has emotionally connected with the film which has resulted in the success at the box office.
