While they do not indulge in all the meals like we do all the time, breakfast is the most important meal for them. So, here are some breakfast myths busted by 5 Bollywood actresses and what they eat for breakfast every day.


1. Alia Bhatt: Oatmeal, acai berries, papaya, and fresh salads are what her breakfast consists of. Sometimes her day starts with a cup of hot herbal tea or coffee without any sugar and a bowl of poha or an egg sandwich.


2. Shraddha Kapoor: A hardcore foodie she is, Shraddha begins her day with a fruit, egg, and juices. She loves Ghar Ka Khaana and never misses a chance to have a meal with her family.


3. Shilpa Shetty Kundra: Who better than Shilpa knows the mantra of right eating? The Yoga diva starts her day with noni juice and warm water. "I start off with a raw fruit so it's either a banana or grated apple, blueberries, in my muesli. I try to keep it low sugar. I prefer using natural forms of sugar like honey or powered jaggary." Her morning breakfast includes a smoothie which contains almond milk, banana, raw oats, and honey. She also eats eggs with avocado and whole wheat toast with butter.


4. Kareena Kapoor Khan: Kareena starts her day by eating a banana. Sometimes she has Poha or Parathas with ghee for breakfast.


5. Malaika Arora: She starts her day with warm honey and lemon water. Post which she eats a bowl of fresh mixed fruits, with idli or upma or poha or multigrain toast with egg whites.
