Well hits and misses are a constant companion in every actor's life. However, things to do change for these actors with the fate of every release; but there are actors in today's industry who have made more misses than hits, and at the stage that the industry is today these actors REALLY need their next film to be a hit in order to stay relevant the industry. Well here's a list of actors who we think need an immediate hit...

1. Arjun Kapoor:
He make a remarkable debut alongside Parineeti Chopra in Ishaqzaade; but today with a career spanning for over 6 years he has failed to give blockbuster films except for 2 states which was based on the tried and tested formula of an out and out romance. With his last few releases like Ki & Ka, Aurangzeb and Namaste England tanking miserably at the box office; this dopy eyed hunk needs to deliver a hit in his upcoming movies like Panipat or India's Most Wanted to resurrect his sinking Bollywood career.

2. Parineeti Chopra:
The bubbly actress of the Chopra clan made her debut in Ladies VS Ricky Behl alongside Ranveer Singh; but it was her power packed performance in Ishaqzaade opposite Arjun Kapoor that made the audiences sit up and take notice of her. And yet, despite having movies like Hasi TOh Phasee and Golmaal Again in her kitty the actor has not delivered any exceptionally great film to acclaim herself as a bona fide actor. This actor now needs to bank on her next releases like Jabriyaan Jodi or Sandeep Aur Pinky Farar to prove her mantle as a bankable actor.

3. Aditya Roy Kapoor:
This Kapoor kid made his Bollywood debut back in 2009 with a small role in Salman Khan-Ajay Devgan starrer London Dreams and then went on to do various supporting roles in movies like Guzaarish and Action Replay. And today with a decade long career that actor has only a few roles that we can resonate to like Yeh Jawani Hai Dewaani or Fitoor. But these films to have done little to boost ARK's film career. Well we can only wonder the fate of this chiseled actor if his next release' Kalank' fails to connect with the viewers!

4. Sonakshi Sinha:
Sonakshi has a dream debut with Salman Khan in Dabbang in 2010. Even after 8 years and giving performances like Akira, R Rajkumar andRowdy Rathod; the views can remember her only for her portrayal of Rajjo in her debut. Her hopes are only on her next release ‘Kalank' with might be a sail savoir for many actors who are a part of the film's cast.

5. Siddharth Malhotra:

One of the most drooled after male actor of Bollywood; Siddharth Malhotra was the heart throb of millions after his debut in Student Of The Year. His debut made him one of the most promising stars of Bollywood. He went on to do films like Hasee Toh Phasee, Ek Villian, Baar Baar Dekho and the likes; though sadly none of these films createdthe magic that SOTY created for this Delhi boy. His latest venture Aiyaary too did not do much of this actor in terms of boosting a successful hit. In such circumstances it is only fair that the actor delivers a way bigger hit in his next film opposite Parineeti Chopra ‘Jabriyaan Jodi' and ‘Marjaavan' in order to re establish his career that many feel is starting to lose footing in the industry.

6. Sonam Kapoor:
Though this actor had a career started with a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film ‘Sawariyaa' alongside then debutant Ranbir Kapoor; the filmed miserably failed at the box office. The bona fide fashion icon of Bollywood went on to do numerous films like Aisha, Khoobsurat, Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, Neerja and most recently a small part in Sanju; all these roles have not greatly helped Sonam define herself as a true actor. The image that Sonam carries is still of a fashion icon and is majorly remembered for her appearances at shows and events as compared to her film characters or acting abilities.
