This movie is based on India's former prime minister Manmohan Singh. It is 2014 memoir by Indian policy analyst Sanjaya Baru, who was Manmohan Singh's media advisor. Anupam Kher will be essaying the role of Manmohan Singh.

Batla House

Director Nikhil Advani is planning to release a movie based on Delhi's Batla House encounter. Saif Ali Khan was the original choice for the film. And now, he has been replaced by John Abraham. This controversial encounter happened during UPA government in 2008.

Thackeray

This movie is a biographical drama based on the life of Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray. Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been roped in to play the titular role of Balasaheb Thackeray

Bollywood thriller The Tashkent Files is director Vivek Agnihotri's major step to showcase the tragic demise of the former prime minister of India Lal Bahadur Shashtri. The film will also expose some truths about his mysterious demise. The film is all set to release in 2019.
