Kareen Kapoor Khan who has been in the Bollywood industry for almost two decades now has her own way of selecting or rejecting a movie. We have seen the actress in hit movies such as 3 Idiots, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and more, but the actress has also rejected blockbusters like Queen and Ram-Leela.

Here are the 5 blockbusters movies which were rejected by Kareena Kapoor Khan:

Dil Dhadakne Do: Kareena Kapoor Khan was approached by Zoya Akhtar for her movie Dil Dhadakne Do but she declined it down. Further explaining the reason for not working in Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do she said, "Zoya's film required me to give 90 days. I can't be away on some cruise from home and my family for three months for an outdoor shoot. I do not wish to work that way anymore. Now I like to work with people who are willing to adjust their schedules according to my needs."

Queen: By turning down the movie Queen, Kareena Kapoor Khan lost out on a chance to be a part of a National Award-winning film. She felt that there was nothing ‘great' to do in Queen. Her refusal landed Kangana Ranaut the most iconic role. Kareen later said, "I feel honoured and glad to give work to other people. I hope they (actresses) become stars as I have rejected big films."

Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela: Kareena Kapoor had the opportunity to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali but she walked out of the film 10 days before the shoot was to begin. Talking about her reason she said, "I had allotted 100 days for the shooting in August as per contract but Mr Bhansali wanted more days to shoot. My managers Reshma Shetty and Zahid Khan thought about it and decided it wasn't possible as I have signed three new big films for next year."

Chennai Express: Kareena Kapoor Khan was offered Chennai Express by Rohit Shetty alongside Shah Rukh Khan but she excused herself from it. Reason: the generic 'date problems,' but it was later learnt that refused to do Rohit Shetty's blockbuster ‘Chennai Express because she was not interested in playing a South Indian character.'

Kal Ho Naa Ho: Kareena Kapoor who actually made it big in Bollywood because of her role as Poo with Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, was also offered Kal Ho Naa Ho. But eventually lost out on the project because she made an exorbitant demand. Karan in his autobiography An Unsuitable Boy also penned down his spat and also revealed how he stopped talking to her for a year. He wrote, "The weekend of Mujhse Dosti Karoge's release, I offered her (Kareena) Kal Ho Naa Ho, and she asked for the same (amount of) money that Shah Rukh Khan was getting. I said, 'Sorry'. "
