Being healthy, Staying fit and achieving the body that you feel comfortable in, is pretty much everything that sums up as the teenagers’ ( and most adults’) wish at the moment.

Today’s health tip is perhaps the most important one.  And that is

“Keep yourself motivated”

How to stay motivated you ask? Here’s a list of things that you can do to stay motivated.

1. Start simple.

2. Pamper yourself with new activewear.

3. Exercise with someone who is always motivated. ( partner or a friend )

4. Create a playlist of your favourite songs, those that give you a BIG energy rush.

5. Celebrate your victories.

6. Focus on the results that you’ll achieve if you just keep yourself motivated.  Visualise the results.

7. Stay organised.

8. Always track your progress.

9. Eliminate procrastination.

10. Manage time effectively.

Once you start making progress, staying motivated gets easier. Always Remember that “The pain you feel today will turn into the strength you feel tomorrow.”

Some other healthy tips are:

1. keep yourself hydrated.

2. Keep your mind fresh and open by practicing meditation.

3. Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables.

4. Be around positive, motivated and optimistic people.

5. Keep changing your routine. 

6. Start exercising slowly and progress gradually.

7. Try something new and often.

8. Remember that health is wealth.

9. Green leafy vegetables and a proper balanced diet will take you places.

10. Maintain a hygienic body.

Bottom note: Motivation is the key to success. To many people, it is the essential element that pushes them towards what they want to be. Healthy living to most people means both physical and mental health are functioning well together in a person.
