Anna Kendrick has expressed her displeasure about male actors talking about sexism. She believes that male actors have a 'position of privilege' and thus it reflects in their views. The 31 year old actress did not hold back her thoughts on the issue of sexism in Hollywood, saying that she doesn't believe male actors need to talk about their experiences. Anna also said that she would rather hear about sexism in other jobs.
"It shouldn't be the most important conversation about sexism - because no one really wants to hear actors talk about this, because we're in such positions of privilege. I would love to hear more about sexism that exists in other fields and how we can address that - but we keep getting asked about it." Anna said.
Anna released a book based on her memoirs last year and will be seen featuring in 'Pitch Perfect 3', the third movie in the popular film franchise, which is slated for release later this year.
