ICJ backs India's arguments in Jadhav case, Pakistan gets blown by this decision and says that the entire thing was a charade. AG Mukul Rohatgi in a statement said, "The decision is certainly binding for both states".

Hague's International Court of Justice (ICJ), which heard the arguments of the Kulbhushan Jadhav case from both the country sides, India and Pakistan. IJC has begun reading out the order and will soon deliver the verdict. The former Indian naval officer, Kulbhushan Jadhav, was accused of investigating in Balochistan which lead to his death sentence by a Pakistani military court. The New Delhi court said that Pakistan has violated the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations by refusing the 47-year-old, to access legally and other assistance from India and that Pakistan should be ordered to stop his execution. Also, that at top UN court does not have the jurisdiction in the matter, Pakistan responded to India's appeal by telling the UN court that it should decline jurisdiction in the case. Pakistan has claimed that Kulbhushan Jadhav was arrested in March 2016 in the restive province of Balochistan. 

People from India claimed that he was kidnapped from Iran, and there has been a long-running conflict in the two countries, Balochistan, and Pakistani security forces along with the militant separatist movement.

President of the Court, Judge Ronny Abraham, begins reading out the verdict in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case and the Circumstances of Kulbhushan Jadhav's arrest remain disputed till they could come to a decision. Both the countries, India and Pakistan agreed that Kulbhushan Jadhav is an Indian citizen, as said by ICJ Judge Ronny Abraham. International Court of Justice also gave a statement that Pakistan should take all the measures to ensure Jadhav is not executed till the final verdict. And finally, Indian took a sigh of relief with this.
