Former Bollywood actor Zaira Wasim has requested her fans to remove her pictures from fan pages. She also appealed to them to stop sharing it also.
In an Instagram post the Dangal actor shared her appeal and spoke about her feeling on that matter.
“Hello everyone!! I want to just take a moment to thank each of you for the constant love and kindness you have showered me with. Y’all have been a constant source of love and strength, thank you for being there to support me through everything (sic). I request you to please take down my pictures from your accounts and ask other fan pages to do the same,” she added.
“It’s obviously IMPOSSIBLE to get them off the internet but the least I can do is request your pages not to continue sharing them. I hope you could help and support me through this just like you’ve supported me through everything. I’m trying to start a new chapter in my life and I could really benefit from your cooperation — (like a lot!!). Thank you for being a part of my journey (sic),” she wrote.
Zaira Wasim shot to fame for playing young Geeta in the Dangal movie. The movie starred Bollywood mega star Amir Khan. Dangal got her acclaim and the critics loved her performance.
She then starred in yet another blockbuster which was loved by audiences and critics alike. The Secret Superstar was globally loved and broke several records. Her last outing before she quit Bollywood was ‘The Sky Is Pink’. The film had a huge starts like Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar.

Why Did She Quit Acting?
Last year, the actor announced her “disassociation” from acting.The reason for her quitting the industry was that it interfered with her faith and religion and she was not happy in that line of work.
The talented young star had the chops to become a great actor and had the talent to do so. She was widely recognised and loved.
Her decision was abrupt and very surprising. But it is a personal choice and one should do only what brings one peace. May God bless her on her new journey.
