Box Office: Bhagavanth Kesari-Tiger Nagesawara Rao Witnesses ‘Slow Growth’

3 highly anticipated regional films including Thalapathy Vijay starter “Leo”, Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer “Bhagavanth Kesari” and Ravi Teja starrer “Tiger Nageswara Rao” were released the last week. While Vijay Thalapathy’s film “Leo” is soaring high at the box office, Telugu films “Tiger Nageswara Rao” and “Bhagavanth Kesari” are struggling to keep up the pace.

Bhagavanth Kesari Box Office Collection Day 4

Telugu action-comedy film, Bhagavanth Kesari was released in theatres on 19th October. Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sreeleela, Kajal Aggarwal, and Arjun Rampal the Telugu film earned a total of ₹ 16.60 Cr on its opening day, ₹ 7 Cr on Friday. As per Sacnilk report the film earned around 7.80cr on Saturday and 8cr on Sunday. The film now stands at a domestic total of approx. ₹ 39.40 Cr.

Tiger Nageswara Rao Box Office Collection Day 3

Ravi Teja, Nupur Sanon, and Anupam Kher starrer Telugu action-thriller film, Tiger Nageswara Rao was released in theatres on 20th October. The film made an opening of approx. ₹ 6.55. As per Sacnilk, Tiger Nageswara Rao earned approx. ₹ 4.13cr on Saturday and ₹ 4cr on Sunday. The film now stands at a domestic total of ₹ 14.66 Cr.

While both Telugu films, “Tiger Nageswara Rao” and “Bhagavanth Kesari” are struggling at the box office. Vijay Thalaoathy’s Tamil film, Leo is breaking records. Leo has reportedly crossed the 400cr mark with its worldwide box office collections.
